At sOak London we’ve infused, trapped, tapped, dissected, resurrected, smoked, flavoured, stored amazed and, of course, sOaked, for the most exclusive bars and restaurants in London and around the world.

Our pieces are the impossible made reality. Fantasy made fact. We create art with a purpose, to serve drinks and food in a way that plays with the senses, excites and delights.

We take the everyday and we blow it apart. We twist serving trolleys into broken seashells and exploded barrels. Living moss servers grow from our imagination. And entire liquor-filled trees re-root themselves in bars.

In fact, the only limit is our imagination. And that...is limitless!

Service trolley for Buffalo Trace - J W Steakhouse

sOak London were recently commissioned to produce the now iconic and renowned “Embrace Change” service trolley for Buffalo Trace at the JW Steakhouse, London.

The custom-built Old Fashioned Trolley pays homage to an iconic cocktail and the bond between the famous bourbon and the London landmark bar, with guests able to choose a bespoke Old Fashioned cocktail from the trolley and its featured portfolio of brands from Buffalo Trace’s distillery.
