sOak London creates world firsts, never copied, completely unique products. sOak London is always disruptive and always challenges norms. Nothing is too grand, too opulent, too theatrical. We don’t understand impossible.
So far we have soaked, infused, trapped, tapped, dissected, resurrected, smoked, flavoured, stored and amazed the most exclusive bars and restaurants in London, New York and Hong Kong.
We have carved out entire tree trunks to store and flavour drinks; we have hand-made drinks cabinets for the most exclusive London stores; designed and manufactured incredible new methods of smoking and flavouring drinks; created a new range of infused wood smoke flavours to accompany our smokers; made surf board servers for our Polynesian customers & live moss garden servers for our Japanese customers. We’ve installed hand carved, live edge bar counters; designed & created tumbling oak casket soleras and water garden deer scarers! ...it’s a long list of firsts!
What’s more, our designers, engineers and craftspeople do all this IN HOUSE in the UK! And we only design what we know can be built!
We work only with the best and most unusual materials including wood, glass, ceramics, metals and resins. We are 100% sustainable. We shape, scar, burn, fuse, mould and hand carve.

Our creations celebrate natural materials and bring the infinite and intricate wonder of nature to some of the finest indoor spaces across the globe. We primarily work in wood – it’s in our roots and in our name.
Our pieces are the impossible made real, fantasy made fact. You might call us functional artists. We create art with a purpose; to serve drinks and food – to burn, smoke, soak and twist flavour, to play with the senses, to excite and delight.
We take the everyday and blow it apart. We have twisted serving trolleys into broken seashells and exploded barrels. Living moss servers grow from our imagination and entire liquor-filled trees re-root themselves in bars. Memorable experiences are born from our creations and elicit surprise and joy to all who experience them.
