His talent and attention to detail is outstanding, he respected my requirements, was willing to make suggestions resulting in a beautifully hand crafted cheese trolley. The top was made from two pieces of exquisite oak burr which were fused together to give the appearance of a river. The chassis was made from solid yew burr, which gave a fiery appearance.

Subsequently I placed a commission of bespoke serving platters. The oak burr did not disappoint, elegantly complementing the dishes they are used for.
